CBD Acai Bowl
For many of us, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, where we fuel up for the day’s challenges and opportunities. So, what better way to get your morning started than with the antioxidant-rich acai fruit and a few drops of quality CBD?
Even better, you can create your own acai bowl, complete with the health-benefiting properties of CBD oil to compliment your morning routine. This recipe calls for regular CBD oil, but feel free to change it up with our cinnamon CBD as well.

CBD Acai Bowl
Two 4-ounce packets unsweetened frozen acai puree
1 medium banana
½ cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons organic granola
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
20 drops of Extract Wellness CBD oil
Instructions:
Step 1: Break the frozen acai up in the frozen packets. Blend the acai with 1/2 the banana, 1/4 cup of the blueberries, CBD oil, and the honey in the blender, stopping to stir and break up the mixture as needed until it’s the consistency of a thick smoothie; put in a bowl.
Step 2: Slice the remaining 1/2 banana. Arrange the slices, the remaining 1/4 cup blueberries, all the strawberries, granola, and coconut flakes in rows.
